Terms and conditions for using AllKeySerwis services

1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by AllKeySerwis based in Warsaw. By using our services, you accept the following terms.
2. Scope of Services
AllKeySerwis offers professional services including: residential and car key duplication, stamp production, engraving, watch repair, and sales of trophies, medals, and statuettes. Detailed service descriptions are available in our offer.
3. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed in person at our workshop, by phone, or through the contact form on our website. Order processing begins after confirming details and the Customer's acceptance of the quote.
4. Pricing and Payments
Service prices are determined individually depending on the scope of work. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. A deposit may be required for special orders.
5. Warranty
All services come with a quality guarantee. The warranty period is 12 months from the service date, unless specific terms state otherwise. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by the Customer.
6. Liability
AllKeySerwis is responsible for proper service execution according to the agreement. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of completed products or services.
7. Data Protection
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). Detailed information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted in person, in writing, or electronically. Complaints are processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
9. Final Provisions
AllKeySerwis reserves the right to change these terms. Customers will be informed of any changes with appropriate notice. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by the Civil Code.
